What happens if my internet goes down?

No problem! You can immediately access Snap from any internet connection including a Tablet or Smartphone. You can even create a WiFi “hot spot” with your smartphone and connect to that via your desktop computer.

Can guests book via my website?

Yes, Snap includes an online booking engine that allows guests to make “live” bookings via your website 24/7. The booking engine is optimized for Smartphones, Tablets and Desktop computers. Guests automatically receive a Confirmation email when they book.

Does Snap connect to my online booking channels?

Snap has direct connections to online booking channels like Expedia, Booking.com and other online travel agents.
